Beautifully made 1970s Guerlain box bag, made from smooth chocolate brown leather. Opens like a doctor's bag to reveal a lovely interior with a zippered pocket, three other pockets and elasticated sections to hold cosmetic bottles. It also has an attached key. It has gold coloured details to the handle and lock and four studs to the base. It is in great condition with some marks to the outer leather. Measures approx. 10.5" x 7.25" x 7.5".
Art Deco tooled leather handbag, both sides has a picture of acorns and oak leaves worked into the leather. It has a zippered top that opens to one main section. It has handles on either side. The leather is showing some wear and the handles are worn and are becoming unstitched. Still a great bag, with the wear just adding to the character. Bag measures approx. 11" x 7" x 3", handles approx. 0.5" x 15.5" each.
Art Deco tooled leather handbag, the front flap has a picture of a bird, leaves and berries worked into the leather. It opens to reveal two compartments either side of a clasped middle section. Also the back has a compartment. The leather is showing some wear, more to the back than the front and the inside is worn with some sratches and a tear that doesn't go all the way through the leather. The narrow handle strap is worn also. Still a great bag, with the wear just adding to the character. Bag measures approx. 11" x 7" x 2", handle approx. 0.5" x 21".
Lovely red and gold colour compact by Coty. With Deco styling, it opens to reveal a rectangle of pressed powder, with a small amount remaining and a compartment for rouge with pad still there but most oif the rouge gone. The mirror is intact, lovely condition with minor wear. Compact measures approx. 2" x 2.75" x 0.25".
1940s/50s Liquid Liptone by Princess Pat Ltd, Chicago. Beautiful box which opens with a flip up lid. Inside is lip stain bottle, remover bottle and looks like a spare applicator. It also has the instructions. Stain is nearly full and remover half full, slight wear to box. Box measures approx. 1.75" x 2.5" x 1".
